A Dutch auction for fresh truffle. Each lot opens at a high price and steps down on a timer — there is no bidding against other people. The first buyer to click a lot wins it at the price showing at that moment.

Auctions are held on seasonal Saturdays at 10:00 am, one after the other:

How the price moves
The lots & viewing
- All truffle listings are loaded before 9:00 am on auction day.
- Each truffle is listed individually, with details and a photo.
- You can tag the truffles you are interested in.
- View in person at 40 Hodgson Rd, Pakowhai, Hawke’s Bay. Entry and viewing open on auction day only, from 9:00 am.
Placing a bid
While the 60-second counter is counting down, the auction is live and the price is dropping.
Payment & delivery
When you pay, choose how you would like to receive your truffle:
Courier
$30Delivered to you.
Pick up
FreeCollect before midday today.
You can pay at any time using the PAY button next to your purchase details (top right), or at the end of the auction you will be asked to choose a delivery method and pay by credit card.
Between auctions
Outside of auction days, available truffle is offered at Cooperative Indicative Pricing.
